All consultations are private and conform to GDPR, all details given will be private and never disclosed outside of our discussion.
Arrange an appointment. This may be in-person, over the phone, or via video call. This first step is the biggest step you will make, and guaranteed to be the most rewarding!
Intake Forms: A straight-forward simple questionnaire regarding your health history, dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle habits.
Food Diary: Keeping a food diary for just a few days is a proven way to get a sense of typical eating patterns.
An introduction and outline of the process, and what you can expect during the consultation.
Discuss your medical history, current health status, and any specific health concerns.
Review your dietary patterns, including types of foods consumed, meal frequency, portion sizes, and any restrictions or preferences (vegetarian, vegan, etc.).
Lifestyle Evaluation: Discuss factors that influence your eating habits, such as physical activity, stress levels, sleep patterns, and any relevant psychological factors.
Identify Goals: Working together to build realistic nutrition and health goals, such as weight management, improving energy levels, managing a chronic condition, etc.
